What is the best results for weight gain after work. 3-4 beers or 2-3 glasses of wine.

If this is for your nurse feedee, go with their preference. Weight gain is easier if they consume what they prefer.

Go for wine. Less gassy. But really it's what she prefers.

My wife likes Aperol spritzers and wine. So on vacations I keep her drinking along with the restaurants and she really blows up on trips. Spritzer during the day, wine in the afternoon and evening.
